On a mission to make postpartum care essential

● THE FOUNDER’S STORY

When my daughter was born in 2021, I wasn’t prepared for how intense those early weeks would be.

I was exhausted, emotional, and couldn’t fathom sorting out my own needs along this little one. I knew I needed help - lactation support, physical therapy - but actually getting that help felt like another job I didn’t have energy for. Even with a health baby and a hands-on partner, I felt lost trying to navigate it all.

My years working in patient access, healthcare consulting, and women's health showed me exactly where the system breaks down: providers who can't communicate with one another, the mental load placed on mothers to coordinate their own care, the weeks of delay between recognizing a problem and getting help. But it was my own postpartum experiences that showed me the real cost—not just in outcomes, but in unnecessary suffering and isolation.

I built The Alabaster House to remove the overwhelm from getting care.

Here, everything is connected - mental health therapy, pelvic floor physical therapy, lactation support, doula care, and Pilates - coordinated by a maternity concierge who handles the logistics so you can focus on healing. You don’t need to research or manage appointments or repeat your story at different offices. You just show up and get the care you need.

Our mission isn't revolutionary, but it is essential. Postpartum care should lighten the load. If you’re preparing to welcome a baby, we’d be honored to support you.

● THE HOUSE

Atlanta’s postpartum wellness destination

Sunlight streaming through tall beige curtains on large arched windows, with a view of a landscape outside and a round, textured ottoman inside a modern, minimalist room.

The Alabaster House brings thoughtfully coordinated postpartum care to one of Atlanta’s most beloved neighborhoods. Nestled into Morningside, where tree-lined streets meet neighborhood coffee shops and families know their neighbors - our space was created for women to slow down, recover, and be cared for.

Our 2,000-square-foot space is designed with one thing in mind: to make postpartum recovery feel possible. Room to breathe between appointments. Comfortable seating where you can nurse or simply rest. Everything is arranged so you can move through your day without adding stress to an already full plate.

With easy parking, a baby friendly environment, The Alabaster House fits seamlessly into your life while offering a private break from it.

This is postpartum care as it should be - convenient, coordinated, and centered entirely on you.
