Classes are semi-private (maximum 7 participants) and suitable for pregnancy and postpartum. No previous Pilates experience required. Grip socks are a must.

Monthly memberships do not include concierge coordination. For Pilates integrated with your physical therapy plan or combined with mental health therapy, inquire about a custom care plan with concierge coordination.

Founding Member rates are locked for life as long as membership is maintained; rates are forfeited if membership is cancelled and later resumed
Cancel or reschedule classes at least 12 hours in advance to retain your class credit
Late cancellations (under 12 hours) or no-shows will forfeit class credit
Classes start promptly; late arrivals beyond 5 minutes may not be admitted for safety reasons
Monthly membership classes do not roll over and expire at the end of each billing cycle
Pause requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle
Guest passes may be used by different guests each month
Monthly memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contract
