Unlike high-intensity workouts that can strain a recovering body, Pilates emphasizes precision, breath, and stabilityโ€”making it an ideal foundation for recovery after pregnancy and birth.

    • Semi-private reformer Pilates class (maximum 7 participants)

    • Personalized attention and form corrections

    • Pregnancy and postpartum modifications as needed

    • All equipment provided

    • 50-minute class

  • All classes held at The Studio by Alabaster House

  • Classes are semi-private (maximum 7 participants) and suitable for pregnancy and postpartum. No previous Pilates experience required. Grip socks are a must.

  • Single classes or class packs do not include concierge coordination. For Pilates integrated with your physical therapy plan or combined with mental health therapy, a custom care plan with concierge coordination.
