• What to Expect

  Classes are semi-private (maximum 7 participants) and suitable for pregnancy and postpartum. No previous Pilates experience required. Grip socks are a must.

• Note

  Single classes or class packs do not include concierge coordination. For Pilates integrated with your physical therapy plan or combined with mental health therapy, inquire about a custom care plan with concierge coordination.

• Policies

  • Founding Member rates are locked for life as long as membership is maintained; rates are forfeited if membership is cancelled and later resumed

  • Cancel or reschedule classes at least 12 hours in advance to retain your class credit

  • Late cancellations (under 12 hours) or no-shows will forfeit class credit

  • Classes start promptly; late arrivals beyond 5 minutes may not be admitted for safety reasons

  • Class packs are non-transferable and expire 12 months from date of purchase

  • All sales are final and non-refundable
