HI, I’m Ayra Allen! As an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant, I help families navigate the barriers of feeding their babies with confidence and compassion. I have worked in a variety of areas, including peer support, NICU care, prenatal education and postpartum support. I am passionate about listening to your goals while combining clinical knowledge. Lactation has its challenges, whether this is your first time breastfeeding, you are dealing with low supply, latching difficulties, pump questions or any other concerns or questions, I am excited and committed to helping families meet their unique feeding needs. 

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, along with our fluffy Pomeranian and 2 chickens. My most fulfilling and important job I will ever have is mothering our three sons. I also enjoy baking, singing and picking up new fun hobbies. My newfound hobby is learning how to juggle.
