Pamela Ramirez Roca, IBCLC, is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant dedicated to supporting families throughout their infant feeding journeys. With specialized training in lactation and maternal–infant health, Pamela provides evidence-based guidance, compassionate care, and personalized support to help parents meet their breastfeeding and chestfeeding goals.
Pamela works with families during the prenatal and postpartum periods, addressing a wide range of feeding concerns including latch challenges, milk supply issues, pumping and returning to work, tongue-tie considerations, and combination feeding. She is committed to creating an inclusive, judgment-free environment where families feel informed, confident, and supported.
Her approach combines clinical expertise with a deep respect for each family’s unique circumstances, culture, and feeding choices. Pamela believes that education, encouragement, and practical solutions empower parents to make the best decisions for themselves and their babies.
As an IBCLC, Pamela stays current with the latest research and best practices in lactation care and maternal–infant health. She is passionate about improving breastfeeding outcomes, strengthening parent confidence, and promoting equitable access to lactation support in her community.
