Rachel Taft is a Registered Dietitian with more than a decade of experience helping individuals improve their health through evidence-based nutrition. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and a Master of Public Health from Georgia State University and is also a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist.
Rachel specializes in diabetes management/prevention and women’s health, with a strong focus on supporting women through every stage of life. Her expertise includes nutrition for hormonal balance, fertility, prenatal and postnatal health, chronic disease prevention, and addressing nutrient deficiencies. She is particularly passionate about prenatal and postnatal nutrition, helping mothers optimize their health and support healthy outcomes for both themselves and their babies.
