The starting point for Pilates at The Alabaster House Foundation focuses on alignment, core engagement, and controlled movement patterns, building the base for a practice that is both sustainable and effective. Open to all levels, including prenatal and postpartum clients cleared for general reformer work. Not sure where to start? We're happy to help you find the right class before you book.

Classes are semi-private (maximum 7 participants) and suitable for pregnancy and postpartum. No previous Pilates experience required. Grip socks are a must.

Single classes or class packs do not include concierge coordination. For Pilates integrated with your physical therapy plan or combined with mental health therapy, inquire about a custom care plan with concierge coordination.
