Physical Therapy
Physical Therapy
Your body just did something extraordinary and it deserves care that’s just as intentional. Postpartum physical therapy helps address the physical challenges that too often go untreated after birth: diastasis recti (abdominal separation), pelvic floor dysfunction, back pain, and difficulty returning to movement safely.
Pelvic floor dysfunction affects roughly 1 in 3 women after childbirth, yet most never receive treatment - either because they don’t know help exists or assume their symptoms are simply “part of motherhood.” While common, issues like incontinence, pelvic pain, painful intercourse, or core weakness are not things you have to live with.
Our pelvic floor physical therapists assess your specific recovery needs and design treatment plans that rebuild strength and function safely, whether you’re six weeks postpartum or several years beyond.
